Tips to maintaining healthy sleep routines:

• Put 1-2 drops of doTERRA Serenity on your pillow at bedtime.

• Diffuse or rub 1-2 drops of a calming oil on your feet at bedtime. Try doTERRA Serenity, Lavender, Petitgrain, or Roman Chamomile, at bedtime.

• Take one to two doTERRA Serenity® Restful Complex Softgels before going to bed.
